Baler Replacement

A heavy machinery replacement and structural integration project for material baling systems. The TSS Group manages the complex rigging, structural unbolting, crane hoisting, and precision installation of industrial balers and sorting equipment, ensuring seamless tie-ins with existing material handling conveyors and electrical control circuits.

Bucket Repair

A structural restoration, lip replacement, and wear-plate overhaul for heavy loader and excavator buckets. The TSS Group provides field and shop fabrication services, including structural crack repair, heel shroud replacement, cutting edge swaps, hardfacing, and installation of AR400/500 wear liners, to extend attachment lifespan in high-abrasion quarry environments.

Submit your curriculum:

New Tertiary Crushing Station

A complete engineering layout and plant expansion design for a tertiary crushing circuit in Maryland. The TSS Group generated general arrangement drawings, elevation plans, and structural details for a new cone crushing structure, surge bin feed arrangement, maintenance platforms, and transfer conveyor system to boost finished product yield.

Grizzly Feeder Replacement

A heavy equipment swap and structural retrofit for a primary feed station in North Carolina. The TSS Group handled crane rigging, vault preparation, and precise drop-in installation of a heavy-duty Deister vibrating grizzly feeder directly into the primary dump hopper pocket.

Double Screen Replacement

A screening structure retrofit and equipment replacement project in Tennessee. The TSS Group executed complex indoor crane rigging and structural clearance work to remove legacy equipment and install two side-by-side vibrating screen decks inside an existing processing tower, complete with custom support framing and catwalk access modifications.

Primary Crusher Base Repair

A structural restoration and concrete foundation repair project for a primary crushing station in North Carolina. The TSS Group engineered temporary structural supports, placed rebar reinforcement, built custom concrete forms, and poured updated concrete piers to permanently stabilize the primary crusher support structure and mitigate operational vibration.

Primary Jaw Crusher Replacement

A capital replacement and heavy rigging project for a primary jaw crushing station in North Carolina. The TSS Group managed the structural steel modifications, crane lifts, and precision setting of a heavy-duty Metso jaw crusher onto reinforced concrete piers and structural baseplates within an active quarry operation.

Sand Plant Erection

A turnkey field erection and machinery installation of a sand processing facility in New Jersey. The TSS Group executed heavy crane rigging and structural placement of Eagle Iron Works (EIW) washing and classifying equipment, setting structural support towers, hoppers, dewatering components, and material handling conveyors onto concrete foundations.
